Every INJOOY product comes with a 60-Day Joy Guarantee. You have 60 full days from delivery to decide if the product is right for your family. If it is not, we will refund your purchase in full. No return shipping required.
We take the risk, not you.
How It Works
- Email help@injooy.com within 60 days of receiving your order.
- Let us know which product and a brief reason.
- We process your refund within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
- You do not need to ship the product back.
Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, email us immediately at help@injooy.com with a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, request a refund and place a new order.
Late Requests
Requests after the 60-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We always try to do the right thing.
