Every order ships free, worldwide. Here is what actually happens after you order — with real numbers from our recent deliveries, not marketing estimates.
Delivery timelines
- United States: our last three delivered orders arrived 12–17 days after ordering.
- Australia: recent deliveries arrived 12–16 days after ordering when dispatch went out on time.
- Canada & United Kingdom: we have fewer recent deliveries to measure here — plan for a similar two-to-three-week window.
These are honest numbers from real orders, not guarantees — carriers and customs add variation we cannot control.
Dispatch
Most orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days. If dispatch takes longer than 5 business days, email us and we will chase it personally.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships — you can also use the order tracking page. If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 days, write to help@injooy.com: we would rather chase a parcel than leave you refreshing a page.
If something goes wrong
Lost or damaged in transit: we send a free replacement or refund you in full — your choice. And the 60-Day Joy Guarantee starts when the parcel reaches you, not when you order.
